Register your email before March 10, 2025, to participate in our exclusive raffle. The winner will be announced on March 14, 2025. If you win, you will receive an email confirming your prize: a 3-day stay in a house in Las Vegas, Nevada, for you and up to 6 friends. (Dates to be confirmed).

Terms and Conditions

1 General

1.1. Participation in the giveaway is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions. By entering, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

1.2. The organizer of this giveaway is NEXT VACATION AGENCY, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

2 Giveaway Participation

2.1. This giveaway is open to participants of all nationalities who are 18 years or older.

2.2. To enter, contestants must register their email address. Once submitted, the participant will be entered into the raffle. The winner will be contacted by NEXT VACATION AGENCY via email.

2.3. Participation is limited to one entry per person.

2.4. The entry period for the giveaway starts at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Pacific Standard Time (PST) on February 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (midnight) Pacific Standard Time (PST) on March 10, 2025. Entries received after this date and time will not be eligible for the prize.

2.5. After the entry period closes, a representative from the NEXT VACATION AGENCY marketing team will use random.org to randomly select the winner.

2.6. By entering the giveaway, all participants consent to the organizer processing, collecting, and publishing their entries for promotional and brand recognition purposes.

2.7. Employees of the organizer, their immediate family members (including live-in partners), agencies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

2.8. If a participant violates the terms of service, NEXT VACATION AGENCY will disqualify them from the competition.

2.9. Participants are not allowed to use illegal means or gain advantages through manipulation.

2.10. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

3 Prize

3.1. The prize consists of a 3-day stay in a house in Las Vegas, Nevada, for the winner and up to 6 guests.

3.2. The prize is non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative.

3.3. Any additional expenses incurred, including taxes as per each country's tax system or personal expenses during the stay, will be the responsibility of the winner.

3.4. The organizer reserves the right to modify the prize specifications or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

4 Prize Delivery

4.1. The winner will be notified via email no later than seven days after the selection process. Additionally, their name may be published on NEXT VACATION AGENCY's website and social media channels.

4.2. The winner will receive their prize within six weeks of being selected.

4.3. NEXT VACATION AGENCY is not responsible for contacting or delivering prizes to participants who provide incorrect or incomplete information or for lost, misdirected, delayed, or damaged entries.

4.4. Once the prize has been delivered, NEXT VACATION AGENCY will have no further obligations regarding the winner.

5 Other Provisions

5.1. NEXT VACATION AGENCY may modify or cancel the giveaway at any time before the closing date. Any modifications or cancellations will be published on its official channels.

5.2. In case of a dispute, the organizer's decision will be final and not subject to appeal.

5.3. The organizer assumes no responsibility for delayed or misdirected entries, technical failures on the platform, or communication network issues.

5.4. NEXT VACATION AGENCY reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion if circumstances arise that compromise its security or execution.

5.5. Entries will be subject to verification and may be declared invalid if they contain false or plagiarized information.

5.6. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the giveaway or prize delivery, the organizer may modify or cancel the promotion without assuming any liability.

5.7. NEXT VACATION AGENCY organizes this giveaway in good faith and assumes no liability for how the winner uses the prize.

6 Privacy Policy

6.1. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be contacted in case of winning.

6.2. NEXT VACATION AGENCY will use your email address in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
